Household Tips To Fight Back Air Pollution


Delhi is experiencing air pollution outbreak.  And the city is experiencing lowest and worst air quality in the capital city ever.  The polluted air is very dangerous for our health.  

In such a situation, you can save your body from this pollution by making a slight change in your food and lifestyle. So today we are sharing tips that can be included in our day today lifestyle so that we can be least affected by the air quality and avoid pollution to effect our body.  

1. Broccoli - It has been revealed in many research that such elements are found in broccoli which helps to fight and eliminate the effects of pollution. Therefore, to keep the body away from the polluted elements, include broccoli in your diet.


2. Tomato - Tomato is very beneficial for our health. The anti-oxidant element 'lycopene' found in it prevents respiratory problems. So definitely include a tomato in your diet.

3. Source of Vitamin E - Vitamin E prevents the body's tissue from getting damaged due to pollution. Therefore, you can include seeds, nuts etc. in the diet. It is high in fat calories so one ounce is enough. Vitamin E is found more in chilli powder, salmon, cloves, bezel and spinach which can prove beneficial for you.

4. Green Tea - The anti-oxidants present in Green Tea helps to flush out the toxins from the body. It will be beneficial for you.

5. Ginger - Ginger has anti-bacterial, anti-septic, anti-inflammatory properties which keep the blood clean along with the removal of toxins from the body. Consuming honey with ginger can save you from air pollution.
