According to the reports coming in there has been news of a big explosion in a factory in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan. In the accident, 23 people including 18 Indians have died, while 130 people have been injured. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has given information about the incident.
It is being told that the explosion occurred at the Salomi factory when a fuel tanker was unloading gas there. The injured have been admitted to five hospitals in Khartoum, North Khartoum and Omderman cities. Nearby factories have also been evacuated after the incident. Attempts are made to extinguish the fire at the scene
