The court will hear the plea of Pawan Kumar, convicted in the country's most infamous rape case Nirbhaya gang rape.
Earlier, the Delhi High Court deferred the hearing till January 24, but after the intervention of Nirbhaya's lawyer, the court has withdrawn its decision.
