Supreme Court Dismissed All The Petitions In Ayodhya Case

According to the latest reports coming in a five-member constitution bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde in the Supreme Court has dismissed the reconsideration petition filed in the Ayodhya issue of November 9.  

According to repots these included 18 petitions, including the Nirmohi Akhara, Muslim Personal Law Board and Jamiat Ulema A Hind.
 
The Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice Bobde along with Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice SA Nazir, Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Sanjeev Khanna gave the decision.

The Supreme Court on November 9, while deciding on the disputed land, held that the place where the structure was located is Ram Janmabhoomi and gave 2.7 acres of land to the trust and ordered the construction of mosque in five acres of land in Ayodhya to the Muslim side.  A reconsideration petition was filed in protest against this order, most of which were filed on behalf of the Muslim side, while the Nirmohi Akhada clarified its role in the trust.
