Verdict May Be Pronounce Soon In Rape Case On BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh

According to reports Delhi court will give its verdict in connection with the 2017 kidnapping and rape charges against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who was expelled from the party.  

In the proceedings going on in front of the camera, District Judge Dharmesh Sharma had said that he can give the verdict on December 16 after hearing the arguments of the CBI and the accused in the case.

Kuldeep Sengar is an accused of allegedly raping the girl when the victim went to meet him on June 4, 2017 in search of a job.  The Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of all cases related to Unnao rape.  After the transfer of the case from Lucknow to Delhi on the order of the Supreme Court, the court did the preceding daily from August 5.  Sanger is accused of allegedly abducting and raping the woman in 2017 as a minor.  The court has also framed charges against co-accused Shashi Singh.  Sengar, a four-time BJP MLA from Bangarmau in Uttar Pradesh, was expelled from the party in August 2019.
