Today as 71st Republic Day is being celebrated all over the country with great pomp and show. In the same sequence, on the occasion of Republic Day at the Patel Maidan in Samastipur in Bihar, the sugarcane minister of Bihar government Bima Bharti arrived to hoist the flag. During this time her flawless knowledge of the Indian constitution was seen. Addressing the people she said that the country's constitution came into force in 1985. After which she stuck again and said that the constitution was implemented in the country in 1955. On this occasion, we celebrate Republic Day. Mahatma Gandhi Bapu was instrumental in the implementation of the Constitution, so we remember him devoutly. Not only this, he said that Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Bhimrao Ambedkar also contributed in framing the Constitution.
Bima Bharti is the sugarcane minister in the Bihar government. She is a JDU MLA from Rupauli Assembly.
The Constitution of India was passed on 26th November 1949 and was implemented in India on 26 January 1950. On this occasion, Republic Day is celebrated all over the country.
