Nirbhaya Mother Satisfied Over The Court Procedures

Today's Patiala House Court has issued the death warrant of the accused in the country's most famous Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.  The four convicts will be hanged on January 22 at 7 am.

 After announcing the death sentence to the accused, Nirbhaya's mother Asha has said that hanging the culprits will increase everyone's trust in the justice system and law of the country.  Today, after seven years, my daughter has got justice.  I thank the law.  The hanging of the accused will empower the women and daughters of the country.  Nirbhaya's father Badrinath has said that my daughter has got justice.  I am happy with the court's decision.  The culprits will be hanged on January 22 at 7 am, this will increase fear among the people committing crimes in the country and will reduce crimes in the country.

 After the death warrant of the  convicts, the jail administration has increased the security of the accused.  After reaching the warrant, the jail administration will start preparing to hang the accused.  Tomorrow Wednesday, the jail administration will take stock of the hanging house.  It has been learned that the jail administration has written a letter to the UP jail authorities to send the executioner to hang the accused.

 Akshay Thakur - Akshay Thakur is guilty of Nirbhaya gang rape case.

 Pawan Gupta - Pawan Gupta is a fruit shopkeeper. At the time of the Pawan incident, he was 19 years old.

 Mukesh Singh - Mukesh Singh is a bus driver, Mukesh is the brother of Ramsingh, Mukesh is the main accused.

 When the court issues the death warrant of a convict, legal papers form number 42 is filled.  In this form, the name of the jail in which the jail will be hanged, is fed.  

The names of all the convicts hanging in the form are blossomed, the FIR number is mentioned on the form, the day of death and time of death are mentioned in the form, the names of the convicts are written in the form,  It is also written in the form that the accused be hanged until he dies and the court is informed after hanging.  After completing all these procedures, the death warrant is sent from the court to the jail administration.
