Reports are coming in from Nirbhaya's case where it's one of the accused Pawan Gupta, convicted for death in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case of the country has thrown a new Trump card in the Supreme Court. Pawan has claimed that he was a minor at the time of crime in the Supreme Court on Friday. He had challenged a writ in which the court has rejected his claim of being a minor during the crime in 2012.
Pawan Gupta has filed an appeal in the court and said that when he along with his accomplises gangraped Nirbhaya on December 16, 2012, he was a minor, so he should not be sentenced to death and he has also said that the Tihar Jail administration should be sent an instruction from the court not to hang him on February 1
