CAA & NRC Update:-Fresh Violence Reported From Delhi

According to the latest news coming up from Delhi heart of the country which is still witnessing anti CAA & NRC movements which are not stopping despite repeated efforts of the government and Supreme Court.

With the latest reports there have been stone pelting incidence coming up from the two groups in Brahmpuri area today morning.

According to the Police Commissioner the situations is under control and steps are taken to curb the ongoing violence.

According to the police Commissioner the situation is tense and violence is widely prevailing and police department is continuously receiving calls related to violence from North west Delhi.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
