Kalam's Biopic Poster Released

According to the reports the poster of the famous upcoming biopic of former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam has been released by Prakash Javadekar, minister of Modi government.  

On the occasion of the release of the poster, along with Javadekar, producer of the film Madhur Bhandakar was also present.  This biopic of APJ Abdul Kalam will be released in theaters of the country in the year 2020.  Paresh Rawal will be seen playing the role of APJ Abdul Kalam.

APJ Abdul Kalam has been the President of India.  He was born on 15 October 1931 in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.  Mr. Kalam is also known as Missile Man.  Kalam Saheb died in 2015.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
