Today afternoon PM Modi has disclosed the reason behind him leaving social media. In a tweet on Tuesday, he has said that on Women's Day this time, he will hand over his social media account to the women who has inspired him most.
PM Modi said this after about 16 hours. He has announced through Twitter that he will hand over his social media account to women on Women's Day and anyone can participate in this campaign. Women identified under this campaign will get an opportunity to handle PM Modi's social media account.
Women marked on the occasion of Women's Day will operate his social media accounts for the entire day on Women's Day.
