Delhi Government Asked To Reply On Corona Fee On Liquor

Delhi High Court have summoned Delhi government to revert to the various petitions which had been lying pending in Delhi High Court.

Delhi High Court has asked Delhi government to file a reply for the series of petitions which has been lying pending in the Delhi court.  

The petitions are for the levying Corona fee charges on the liquor in the national capital of the country.

The decision of adding Corona free on the liquor sale was challenged by many petitioners in the Delhi High Court.  

Delhi government before has been charging 70% Corona tax online liquor which was sold in the state.  And many people of Delhi State had put a petition in the court challenging the decision of Delhi government.
