In this situation they found a pigeon across the fences. According to the reports of locals in Kathua where the people of Kathua saw a pigeon.
As per reports coming in this pigeon was found in the fences of Indian border in Kathua village. As per the locals nobody knew from where that pigeon came.
Locals had captured that pigeon from the Indian border fence and give it to the security forces in India.
The security forces found a ring on its foot where something was written in numbers.
According to the SSP the pigeon was taken into custody and investigations are on from where the pigeon has came and what was written on its foot in a ring.
