Corona Fee On Liquor In Delhi To Be Removed

In a major decisions coming up from Delhi government the government have now decided to waive the special Corona fee on liquor from June 10, 2020.

As reported earlier Delhi government has imposed a fee of 70% for Corona fee on liquor.  This fee was imposed on all the categories of liquor.  The fees that was imposed on liquor was imposed on the maximum retail price of liquor.

This was brought to churn more of revenue for the government since in the covid-19 pandemic lockdown most of the establishments were closed and revenue generation of the government was zero.
