In a major decision coming up from Supreme Court of India where Supreme Court has notified all the advocates and party in person to give their consent for appearing in the court cases.
As per reports coming in Supreme Court had suspended all the court hearings due to covid-19 in the lockdown period.
And now Supreme Court had notified all advocates and party in persons to give their joint consent with regard of of physically appearing and arguing in court cases.
After the receipt of consent to do the same the listing of the cases will be done accordingly.
