Reports are coming in from Maharashtra where Maharashtra crime investigation Department has submitted its chargesheet in the Palghar mob lynching case.
In this case two Sadhus and their driver were killed in every heart wrenching incident. Now Maharashtra criminal investigation department has submitted their charge sheet in this case.
In the chargesheet CID has mentioned that it had examined 808 suspects and 118 witnesses in total. And had collected strong evidences against the accused involved in the case.
Till now 154 people have been arrested including 11 juveniles. None of the accused have been granted bail till now to maintain strong evidences in the case.
Total number of 4955 pages of charge sheet has been filed. The charge sheet has been filed by Deputy SP and investigation officer Vijay Pawar.
The charge sheet was filed in the court of JMFC Dahanu against 126 accused by CID crime Pune.
