Doctors And Staff Of Hindu Rao Hospital Went For Strike

Reports coming in from New Delhi where the doctors and staff have went on strike.  Right now there have been many patients of COVID-19 in the hospital which are here for treatment.

As per reports the patients from Hindu Rao hospital which is run by Municipal Corporation of Delhi will be shifted to State government hospitals as doctors and staff of the hospital have given a notice for a strike: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain.

The Delhi Health Minister has assured that the patients will be taken care of and no negligence will be done on the lives of those who are admitted.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
