Mayor's Of All Three Municipal Corporations Of New Delhi Staging Demonstration Outside CM House

Recent reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where Mayor's  of three Municipal Corporations are staging demonstration outside the residence of Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal.

As per reports coming in Mayors of all the three municipal corporations are sitting outside the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

This demonstration by all the three Mayor's of various Municipal corporations of the country's capital are because of over the non-payment of salaries of the employees of the municipal corporation. 

The Mayor's are saying that "Either call us in or we'll sit here in protest. We won't move from here."

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
