With A Spike Of 54,366 Cases Covid-19 Stands At 77,61,312 Cases In The Country

As per reports coming in from Health Ministry with spike of 54,366 cases, India's COVID-19 tally has reached 77,61,312.

As per latest reports last 24 hours has seen a spike of 54,366 Covid 19 positive cases in the country.

Last 24 hours has seen around 690 deaths from this pandemic.  This list also includes 6,95,509 active cases which are in the hospital or are under home quarantine.

Still now in these numbers Maharashtra state has been topping all the numbers in Covid 19.  Apart from Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, these states are also struggling with their numbers in Covid-19.

However now for the past many days the total number of daily count of covid-19 cases are on the decline.  Still Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is maintaining a strict vigil on the cases coming up from this disease.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
