Bollywood Desk: In front of King Khan of the film industry, good and good does not work. King Khan has a lot of name from Bollywood to Hollywood. But this time King Khan has lost his name to actor John Abraham. And the reason King Khan lost to John Abraham is John Abraham's payment in his upcoming film.

Actually, both Shahrukh Khan and John Abraham are going to be seen together in the film Pathan. The film also stars actress Deepika Padukone along with these two actors. It is being told that in this film, actor John Abraham is being paid more fees than Shahrukh Khan. 

Normally John, who takes 5 to 7 crores for a film, is being given 20 crores fee for playing negative role in front of Shahrukh Khan in this film.

It is being told that this film, to be made under the banner of Yash Raj Production, will be released on Deepawali on 2021. This film is being called the biggest action film. Now it will be interesting to see what this film of Shahrukh Khan and John Abraham shows on screen on Diwali 2021.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
