As per reports coming CBI has today filed chargesheet against 24 people and a Mumbai based private company.

The FIR lodged was against the Mumbai based private company Director, it's then officials of Indian Overseas Bank, Directors/proprietors of associated companies/firms for causing alleged loss of approx Rs 297.80 cr to the Bank.
