Moderna Vaccine Affected Against Coronavirus Variants In United Kingdom

Reports have been coming in from United Kingdom where it is expected that Moderna vaccine which has been prepared against covid-19 pandemic will be protected against other variants of Corona virus.

As reported earlier a new strain of coronavirus was found in United Kingdom which was even more dangerous than covid-19 and because of that most of the Nations had cancelled their flights to United Kingdom to avoid the spreading of coronavirus and new variant of this disease.

It is expected that the immunity induced by its COVID-19 vaccine would be protective against coronavirus variants reported in the United Kingdom.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
