Rahul Gandhi did a tweet in the past, in which he said that vaccination has been given to 23 lakh people, vaccination has started in China, UK and Russia, but when will vaccination start in India, Mr. Modi. 

Rahul Gandhi made this tweet on December 21, that is, a few days before leaving for Italy. Now Rahul Gandhi does not understand that when someone is sick, he will go to the doctor or to the government. 

They should ask the scientists about the vaccine when the vaccine will come, not from the Modi government. But when Rahul Gandhi asked the question, he got a strong response.
