Delhi Police Arrests Iqbal Singh Accused In Delhi Republic Day Violence

Latest reports have been coming in from the 26th January violence in New Delhi.

As per reports Iqbal Singh, an accused in 26th January Delhi violence case has been arrested by Special Cell from Hoshiarpur, Punjab last night. 

As per reports he has been carrying a reward of Rs 50,000 on his arrest by the Delhi Police.

Iqbal Singh is a resident of Ludhiana. He is involved in inciting the public on 26th Jan in Delhi. He was visiting the Singhu border since November 2020. 

As per reports coming in from DCP  Delhi Special Cell Sanjeev Yadav on 26th Jan, he reached Red Fort with a mob. He had not interacted with Deep Sindhu.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
