Major Fire Reported In Partap Nagar Area In New Delhi Leaves One Dead

Latest reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where a fire has broken out at a factory in Pratap Nagar area.

As per reports fire tenders are present at the spot. And more details awaited. 

According to an eyewitnesses say that an LPG cylinder exploded following which fire broke out. 

However it is reported that a fire Service personnel has been injured and admitted to hospital. 

18 fire tenders are working, we have successfully contained the fire. Cooling is underway as per Rajinder Atwal, Fire Officer.

As per recent reports one body recovered from the site in Pratap Nagar area where a fire broke out this morning. A total of 28 fire tenders working at the site.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
