Delhi High Court Reserves It's Orders In Batala Case

Latest reports have been coming in from Delhi High Court which has reserved its orders in Batala case till 4 P.M today.

As per reports hearing on argument on quantum of sentence of convict Ariz Khan, in Batla House case.

According to the confirmed sources representing Delhi Police,Senior Public Prosecutor tells Delhi Court that it's a gruesome murder of law enforcement officer and defender of justice while discharging his duty.

Therefore serious exercise is required to be undertaken in this case for determining quantum of sentence.

As per reports rlepresenting Delhi Police, Senior Public Prosecutor AT Ansari says exemplary punishment in the case is required and urges Delhi Court to award death sentence to convict Ariz Khan.
