Latest reports have been coming in from Uttar Pradesh where Jagat Guru Paramhans Maharaj in Ayodhya has demanded India to be declared as Hindu Rashtra by October 2.

According to reports coming in from Ayodhya where Jagatguru Paramhans Maharaj has said that I demand that India should be declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ by Oct 2.

According to Jagadguru Paramhans Acharya Maharaj if India is not declared as Hindu rashtra then I'll take Jal Samadhi in river Sarayu. And Centre should terminate nationality of Muslims and Christians.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
