Latest reports have been coming in from Madhya Pradesh where Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated a bio plant for CNG through video conferencing.

According to reports coming in from Madhya Pradesh this bio plant is one of the first in its kind in the world which is is devised to totally run on waste.

According to reports coming in Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the municipal solid waste-based Gobar-Dhan plant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh via video conferencing.

As per sources this bioplant will totally work on solar energy and CNG will be prepared to the waste collected from the city.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
