    US President Joe Biden Signs Executive Order Banning Some Transactions

    According to the reports coming in from Ukraine crisis United States of America where US President Biden just signed an Executive Order.

    According to the sources this executive order is about blocking property on certain persons and prohibiting certain transactions.

    This is with respect to continued Russian efforts to undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

    According to the sources the order prohibits new investment in so-called DNR or LNR regions of Ukraine or such other regions of Ukraine.

    This may be determined by Secretary of Treasury, in consultation with Secretary of State collectively, the “Covered Regions”, by a United States person, wherever it may be located.
