NCB Files Chargesheet Against All The 14 Accused In Narcotics Case

Latest reports have been coming in from Cruise drug bust case where NCB has reported to have nabbed all the accused in the case 

According to the reports coming in all the accused persons were found in possession of Narcotics as reported by the NCB.

According to the reports coming in from NCB all the accused except Aryan and Mohak were found guilty of possession of drugs.

This has been stated by the statement of Sanjay Kumar Singh, DDG (Operations), NCB.

As reported earlier a complaint was lodged against 14 persons under various sections of the NDPS Act is being filed. 

Complaint against rest six persons is not being filed due to a lack of evidence according to Sanjay Kumar Singh, DDG (Operations), NCB.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
