Only One Day Of Petrol Left In Sri Lanka As Informed By Prime Minister Of Sri Lanka

Latest reports have been coming in from our neighbouring country Sri Lanka where economic crisis have taken a shape of the worst and now most of the country is in deep crisis economically.

According to reports to add to this cry Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has informed the civilians of his country last night that only a day's petrol stock is left in the country.

He has further added that we managed to bring in a diesel shipment yesterday. 

2 more diesel shipments under the Indian credit line due on 18/5 and 1/6. 2 petrol shipments due on 18/5 and 29/5.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
