Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that CM Rise School scheme is a new social revolution in the field of education. With this scheme, government schools are being made well-equipped and resourceful. New buildings are being built.
The CM said a system of imparting quality education has been started by arranging qualified and skilled, hardworking and dedicated teachers. All necessary facilities including smart class, library, laboratory, sports ground will be made available in CM Rise schools. Government schools will be made better than private schools.
Chief Minister Chouhan was performing bhoomi-pujan of new buildings of 69 CM Rise schools to be built in the state at a cost of Rs.2519 crore under CM Rise scheme to strengthen, expand and ensure the availability of quality education at a state level function in Indore.
CM Chouhan interacted with the children and inspired them to study, play and move forward. He said that sports are also important along with studies. The Chief Minister said that facilities would also be provided in CM Rise Schools to progress in the field of painting, song-music and sports.
CM Chouhan said that these schools would have qualified, hardworking, dedicated teachers. He appealed to the teachers to leave no stone unturned in shaping the future of the students.
Total 9095 CM Rise Schools will be opened: Education from KG to Class XII will be given in the CM Rise Schools. As many as 9 thousand 95 CM Rise Schools will be opened in the state in two phases.
Special features of CM Rise School: Ten salient features of CM Rise School have been determined. These schools have world-class infrastructure, transport facilities, nursery and pre-primary classes, smart classrooms and digital learning, 100 percent staff and support staff, staff capacity enhancement, well-equipped laboratories, reading rooms, extra-curricular facilities, skill programmes, as per the need of the 21st century, vocational education and there will be parental participation.
Vision, Mission and Values of CM Rise School: CM Rise School aims at building a school community that will develop the ability of students to deal with difficulties and ensure their all round development. It will empower them to contribute to the society and uphold the constitutional values. The state government’s mission in setting up these schools is to create a development friendly, inclusive and joyful school community. It will motivate students to become capable and self-reliant in creative pursuits by encouraging skill and integrated holistic learning.
