Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the 67th foundation day of Madhya Pradesh will be celebrated as Jan Utsav. Creative activities will be conducted from the foundation day November 1 to November 7th.
CM Chouhan said that programmes would be organized in all the districts for distribution of letters of approval and other benefits to eligible beneficiaries in Mukhyamantri Janseva Abhiyan (public service campaign) on the foundation day. More than 50 lakh eligible beneficiaries will join the programme in all 52 districts.
Prabhat Pheris would be taken out: CM Chouhan said that in the series of programmes on the foundation day, Prabhat Pheris would be taken out in all the districts on November 1 with the help of Jan Abhiyan Parishad.
At 1 pm, there will be a programme of distribution of Janseva Abhiyan letters of approval and other benefits in all the districts and in the evening there will be a cultural programme in Bhopal.
Rural sports competitions and cuisine competitions: In this sequence, on November 2, conferences of Ladli Laxmis and their parents will be held in all the districts. On November 3, cleanliness activities will be carried out in all the districts and 67 lamps will be lit at important places. Rural sports competitions and cuisine competitions will also be held from this day.
Job fairs will be organized: On November 4th, activities on ‘One District-One Product’ will be conducted in all the districts of the state. Along with this, job fairs will also be organized.
On November 5, there will be drama, folk dance and competitions focused on great leaders of the country. On November 6th, activities focused on tree plantation, water conservation, energy saving and environment will be held in all the districts.
Cultural activities will be organized: In a series of programmes, prizes will be awarded to the winners of competitions and sports activities held at all district headquarters and state level on November 7th. Cultural activities will be organized at all district headquarters on this day, in which cultural activities of local environment will be specially included.
On the eve of Madhya Pradesh's foundation day on November 1, special light decoration was done at the Chief Minister's residence.
Attractive cultural performances will be held at Lal Parade Ground: The main program on the state's foundation day will be held at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal. Chief Minister Chouhan public representatives, officers-employees, common citizens will be present in the program. The band performance by the three renowned musicians Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy Group and the performance of the dance drama “Shiva Mahatmya” by renowned choreographer Ms Maitreyi Pahari along with fellow artists have created excitement among the citizens of the capital.
