Rahul Gandhi Rides A Bike; Bharat Jodo Yatra Reaches Indore

Indore: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra reached Indore on Sunday on the fifth day of its Madhya Pradesh leg.

People from different sections of society including a differently-abled man, Manohar, also joined the yatra and Rahul pushed his wheelchair to some distance.  Manohar said he told Gandhi that the nation now needs a change.
After a night halt at Mhow, the birthplace of Dr B R Ambedkar, the yatra participants recommenced the march on Sunday morning. The march passed through the suburban area of Rau and reached Indore.

Red carpet rolled out to welcome Yatra

A red carpet was rolled out to welcome when the march reached Rau.
Indore commissioner of police HC Mishra said 1,400 personnel have been deployed in the city to provide security to the yatra and barricades have been put up at various places.
Twelve dilapidated houses in the densely populated Rajwada area with narrow streets have been temporarily evacuated to avoid the possibility of any untoward incident during the march, he said.

Rahul rode on a Bullet

Rahul Gandhi appeared in a new style in Indore on Sunday morning. He rode on a Bullet bike in the middle of Bharat Jodo Yatra. The entire Congress ran behind his Bullet.
This bullet belongs to Rajat Parashar of Gwalior. Rajat is an engineer by profession and has recently said goodbye to the job. He joined this yatra four days back. For this, he covered the journey from Gwalior to Burhanpur on his Bullet in 21 hours.
Behind him was his daughter 'Maul'. Actually, 'Maul' is not a human, but the name of Rajat’s doggie. In Rahul Gandhi’s yatra, she has also been riding on the Bullet sitting behind Rajat for the last five days.
