Govt is coming up with "excuses" to stop yatra: Rahul

Earlier, on Thursday, Rahul Gandhi had said that the government is coming up with "excuses" to stop the yatra after Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya wrote to him to consider suspending the march if Covid-19 protocols could not be followed.

Braving the morning chill, former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and senior leaders Randeep Singh Surjewala and Kumari Selja walked along with Gandhi. During the day, the yatra will pass through Faridabad district, including Pakhal village, Pali Chowk and will reach Gopal Garden in the evening.

Rahul Gandhi's T-shirt in discussion again

Rahul Gandhi's T-shirt is once again in discussion in Bharat Jodo Yatra. This time Haryana's Agriculture Minister JP Dalal raised questions. He said, 'Wherever I go, people definitely ask a question. What kind of medicine does Rahul ji take in the winter season that he does not feel cold even in a half T-shirt? If this formula is available to our soldiers, who live on the Himalayas, then they will make a great contribution towards the country.

The Congress leader replied to the BJP minister's question. Said during the press conference in Faridabad on Friday, 'He has thick skin. That's why they don't feel cold. What answer should I give to this?

Even before this, BJP had raised questions on his T-shirt. It was written with his photo – Bharat Dekho 41 thousand ki T-shirt.This had led to a dispute.
