However, the numbers of those who believe in him are in lakhs.
'Traitors, leftists are targeting him'
Dhirendra Krishna Shastri has also been supported by Madhya Pradesh ministers Usha Thakur and Hardeep Singh Dang. Culture and Tourism Minister Usha Thakur said that she is an ardent devotee of Dhirendra Krishna Shastri popularly known as Bageshwar Baba. Everything is happening with his grace. That mantras and prayers are scientifically proved. Some traitors, leftists are targeting him. Minister Hardeep Singh Dang has said that we are proud that such saints are on the soil of India.
Shankaracharyas' differing opinions about Bageshwar Dham Sarkar
Two Shankaracharyas have given their differing views about Bageshwar Dham Sarkar. Shankaracharya of Jyotish Peeth Swami Avimukteshwaranand had criticized Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. Avimukteshwaranand has given a big challenge to Bageshwar Dham's Dhirendra Shastri. He asked, 'If there is any divine power, then repair the cracks of Joshimath.”
Swami Avimukteshwaranand has said that if the Bageshwar Sarkar stops the sinking land in Joshimath, then I will recognise his miraculous powers.
However, Shankaracharya Swami Sadanand Saraswati of Dwarka Sharda Peeth has supported Bageshwar Dham Sarkar.
‘What is wrong if people are getting cured by taking shelter of some deity?’
Jagatguru Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswati of Dwarka Peeth reached Katni in MP on Saturday. Here he said - 'Those who are raising questions on Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, have they ever visited Bageshwar Dham? Has Shastri taken Dakshina, money to help people? First the difference between faith and superstition has to be understood. What is wrong if people are getting cured by taking shelter of some deity? This is our tradition. This is your faith and belief."
Sadanand Saraswati further said, "Dhirendra Krishna Shastri has proved it in front of a crowd of thousands of people, so why superstition? Thousands of people are getting benefited from Bageshwar Dham. People visiting him are leaving satisfied. It is very easy to make an allegation, but it is difficult to prove it. Hindus who question the Bageshwar Sarkar are anti-Sanatan Dharma. The people who are doing this are atheist Hindus.'"
Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev said in the court of Saint Rambhadracharya that some hypocrites have targeted your disciple Dhirendra Shastri and are asking what is the grace of Balaji.
Christian missionaries targeted
