New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes at the National War Memorial ahead of Republic Day celebrations.
He was accompanied by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief of Defence Staff Lt General Anil Chauhan, and the chiefs of the three armed forces.
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted citizens on the occasion of Republic Day.
The Prime Minister tweeted: “Many best wishes for the Republic Day. This time this occasion is also special because we are celebrating it during the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. We wish to move forward unitedly to make the dreams of the great freedom fighters of the country come true.
