New Delhi: There has been a tussle between the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP for a long time. Whenever any legal action is taken against anyAAP leader, there is only one voice from AAP that efforts are being made to stop our development works. The party has been maintaining that AAP leaders are not afraid even if the central government of BJP misuses the investigative agencies like ED, CBI and IT.
On the other hand the BJP says that the law does its work. Action will be taken against those who indulge in corruption. Overall, Aam Aadmi Party says that BJP is scared of our developed model of education and health, that's why such actions are being taken.
While the BJP alleges that many leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party have been found involved in corruption, action is being taken only against them. That's whyAAP is scared of BJP. Who is afraid of whom, now this has become a big question.
Recently, CBI has sent summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding the liquor scam. He has to appear on 16 April 2023 at 11 am. On this matter, the senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party, Atishi, once again chanting the same old melody, has said that efforts are being made to stop the development works of the Punjab and Delhi governments. We are not afraid of it, even if we are hanged. Talking to reporters, Atishi said that the investigative agencies of the Narendra Modi government at the Center want to threaten and intimidate Arvind Kejriwal by calling him on the pretext of questioning.
BJP's claim
Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva says that AAP leaders are neck-deep in corruption. That's why they raise questions on the investigating agencies every day. He claimed that Arvind Kejriwal along with Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh could also get caught in the liquor scam.
Allegations of corruption against these AAP leaders
Manish Sisodia, a strong leader of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi, has been accused of a scam in the excise policy. The CBI is probing the case, while another minister Satyendar Jain is in jail for nearly a year in a money laundering case. Till now many ministers of Aam Aadmi Party have been arrested in different cases and sent to jail. One of them includes a minister in the AAP government in Punjab. Apart from this, Jitendra Tomar, Sandeep Kumar, Somnath Bharti, Asim Ahmed Khan have gone to jail for different reasons or had to lose their ministerial posts.
