Madhya Pradesh: PM Modi Attending Combined Commanders Conference In Bhopal: Navy Chief Among 22 Test Covid Positive

BHOPAL: Prime Minister  Narendra Modi was received by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the presence of Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel on his arrival in Bhopal.

PM is attending the important meeting of the Combined Commanders Conference of the three Services today at the Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Center in Bhopal. 

Navy Chief Admiral Hari Kumar has tested Covid positive before the PM's conference. He left the conference midway and went back to Delhi. He left for Delhi on Friday late evening by a special plane.

Before the arrival of Prime Minister Modi, 1300 employees and officers related to the conference and their security were tested for Covid. These included doctors and security personnel. 22 reports have come positive including Navy Chief. All have been removed from duty. None have severe symptoms.

In a message released on social and electronic media, Chief MinisterChouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived on the land of Madhya Pradesh. His arrival is like the sunrise of Madhya Pradesh's fortune. Today, he is going to give another gift to Madhya Pradesh of Vande Bharat train from Bhopal to Delhi. With this, it will take less time to reach from Bhopal to Delhi.

CM Chouhan said that PM Modi is the creator of a magnificent, glorious, prosperous and strong New India. The blessings of the Prime Minister are always with us in the development works that we are able to do on the land of Madhya Pradesh. He is warmly welcomed on his arrival in Madhya Pradesh.
