Lucknow: Union Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Anurag Thakur has appealed to the wrestlers protesting against Braj Bhushan Singh, President of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, to wait for the report of the fair investigation being conducted by Delhi Police in this matter.
Talking to reporters after the logo, mascot, jersey, anthem and torch launch of Khelo India University Games 2022 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Thakur said that the government has fulfilled all the legitimate demands of the protesting wrestlers.
