Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the capital Bhopal in a special Air Force aircraft this morning as part of his one-day stay in Madhya Pradesh.
He was received here by State Governor Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnav, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Bharatiya Janata Party state unit president VD Sharma and other senior leaders.
Modi will participate in a dialogue program with lakhs of workers here under BJP's 'Mera Booth, Sabse Saubhag' programme. Prior to this, he will flag off the Vande Bharat train from the local Rani Kamlapati Railway Station.
Apart from the capital Bhopal, Modi was scheduled to attend programmes in Shahdol district today, but they have been postponed due to bad weather and he will now visit Shahdol on July 1.
