US government's big decision on H-1B visa, it will be easier for Indians to work in America



Washington: Indians got a big gift during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to America. America has changed the rules regarding H1B visa. Now it will be easier for people of Indian origin living in America. 


Now visas will be renewed in America only, as well as there is good news for Indians living in America under this visa that they can keep their family dependents with them. The US government is making a pilot project in this regard.


PM Modi met people of Indian origin during his US visit. People compared the Prime Minister's meeting with a sweet dish.



In his address, Prime Minister congratulated Indian community members for the success in their respective fields in USA and invited them to contribute to India’s growth during Amrit Kaal. Prime Minister also thanked them for playing a significant role in strengthening India-USA ties, and highlighted future areas of bilateral partnership.


PM Modi addressed the Indian diaspora at the Ronald Reagan Center on the last day of his US tour. He said, 'Here I can see people from every corner of India. Looks like mini India has sprung up. I congratulate you for showing a beautiful picture of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat in America.


During this people raised slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai and Vande Mataram. This was followed by award winning International Singer Mary Milben singing the National Anthem of India 'Jana Gana Mana...'. After this Milben touched the feet of the PM.



Google's AI Research Center in India will work on more than 100 Indian languages


India is going to open a new consulate in Seattle this year. Apart from this, Indian Consulates will be opened in 2 more cities of America. Now new consulates of America are going to open in Ahmedabad and Bengaluru as well.


Google's AI Research Center in India will work on more than 100 Indian languages. This will make it easier for children in India whose mother tongue is not English.


A Tamil study chair will be established here at the University of Houston with the help of the Government of India. The oldest language of the world is Tamil language and it is our language. This step will help in increasing the influence of Tamil language.
