Rajasthan: Politics Heats Up Over Red Diary, Now BJP MLA Vasudev Devnani Said This

Jaipur: There was a lot of uproar in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly on Monday over MLA Rajendra Singh Gudha and Red Diary. Meanwhile, former Education Minister and Ajmer North BJP MLA Vasudev Devnani has given a sharp reaction.

Earlier on Monday the BJP members had come to the Well of the House and created ruckus in front of the Speaker. BJP members demand that the allegations being leveled through the red diary should be disclosed. Later talking to reporters, Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathod and Deputy Leader of Opposition Dr. Satish Poonia demanded a discussion with the government in the House on the red diary issue.

'Black day in history of Legislative Assembly'

Vasudev Devnani has said that the dark truth of the red diary, which has horrified the entire Congress, was not revealed to everyone. MLA Gudha was surrounded and beaten up in the House under a conspiracy. Devnani said that the incident proves that Congress is not close to anyone. MLA Gudha saved the government at the time of crisis and was later made a minister. But he was immediately dismissed as soon as he told a truth. It was a black day in the history of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.

'Dark truth of many Cong leaders is hidden in diary'

Devnani said that the dark truth of many big Congress leaders including the head of the state is hidden in the red diary. The Congressmen are in a panic due to the fear of being exposed. Devnani said that the government should clarify what is there in that red diary, due to which there is so much turmoil and nervousness within the Congress.

Devnani said that MLA Gudha is saying that he had brought this red diary from the building of RTDC President Dharmendra Rathod where Income Tax Department and ED had raided. He alleged that the red diary contained accounts of diversion of black money that was done during the Rajya Sabha elections and the confinement of MLAs.

'Govt acted in an unconstitutional way'

Devnani accused the government of murdering democracy and acting in an unconstitutional manner. Devnani targeted the resolutions placed in the house on behalf of the ruling party. He said that the opposition MLAs were not informed about this in advance. All of a sudden, by keeping resolutions in the house, they got it passed in the midst of din, which is completely unconstitutional and undemocratic. Devnani also condemned the move to suspend BJP MLA Madan Dilawar for the rest of the session.
