Indian Space Research Organization ie ISRO has shared the first pictures of the moon taken from Chandrayaan-3 (Chandrayaan 3 latest news). Chandrayaan spacecraft (First video of the moon by Chandrayaan 3) took these pictures on August 5, which were tweeted on Sunday night from the 'LVM3-M4 / Chandrayaan-3 mission' Twitter handle. 

Releasing the 45-second video, ISRO wrote, 'On August 5, 2023, while going to the lunar orbit, the moon was seen from the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft.' In the video, many pits of blue, green color are visible on the surface of the moon. Meanwhile, on Sunday late night, Chandrayaan 3 has successfully changed its orbit while circling the moon successfully.

ISRO on Sunday released pictures of the moon taken by Chandrayaan-3 just a couple of hours before its orbit change. Chandrayaan 3 successfully changed its orbit while circling the moon late on Sunday night. Everything happened according to the pre-determined schedule. 

ISRO tweeted and informed that now Chandrayaan 3 is closer to the moon. Now it is in that orbit of the moon, which will be 170 kilometers when it is closest to the surface of this satellite of the Earth and 4313 kilometers when it is farthest. Now on August 9, there will be a second process late night between 1 am and 2 am.
