Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav addressed a public meeting in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh and targeted the Yogi Adityanath government regarding bulldozers.
Akhilesh Yadav said, "Our policemen are very disciplined people. They also obey orders and do not obey anything. Right now the order is going on to demolish the two storey houses of the poor with bulldozers. Right now the order is to demolish the houses of the poor but if the socialists come to power the same bulldozers will be used. The houses of the poor will not be targeted. Eight floor, ten floor houses of the rich will be on the target.”
'UP govt is biggest land mafia'
Along with the bulldozer action, Akhilesh has also accused the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh of being a land mafia.
Akhilesh said, “This government using bulldozers is the biggest land mafia government. You go to Kanpur and see the big buildings that you see and tell whether they are illegal or not. Go and see in Lucknow whether buildings are illegal or not. Go and see in Ayodhya whether buildings are illegal or not. The people of BJP are the biggest land mafia.”
Addressing the journalists, the SP president said that if you show the truth, then the police will come to your house at 2 o'clock in the night. If you get scared then the news will be changed the same day, if you don't change then your own news will appear that you went to jail.
Akhilesh said the BJP government says that only 4 out of 100 are unemployed. Go to the village today, the government is not able to provide jobs and employment to anyone. If anyone can improve the state and society, then they are socialist people.
