Bhopal Metro On Track; Trial Run Likely During Ganesh Chaturthi

Bhopal: The Bhopal Metro coaches were put on track in Bhopal after a long wait. The three coaches that reached Bhopal early in the morning were unloaded and put on the track after performing worship rituals of the coaches. Metro Raill Corporation Director Shobhit Tandon broke the shrifal. MD Manish Singh has played a pivotal role in speeding up the works of the metro.  

A large number of people had gathered to watch the metros being put on the railway tracks.  A day before Ganesh Chaturthi, the first glimpse of Bhopal Metro was revealed. Now people are waiting for when the trial run will happen.

Possibly the trial run may take place during the ten-day Ganesh Utsav. Before unloading the three coaches on Monday morning, Director Shobhit Tandon worshiped them.

The employees present here clapped and started the work of removing the coach from the trolley. After this, with the help of two big cranes, one coach each was lowered from the trolleys into the depot.

Three metro coaches had reached Bhopal late on Sunday night after covering a distance of about 850 km from Sanwali, Vadodara in Gujarat. The coach was brought to Subhash Nagar depot in a trolley of 74 wheels. The date of trial will be decided after testing. The trial can be conducted between 22 and 25 September.
