Country's Air Prowess Will Be On Display In Bhopal On 30 Sep on IAF Anniversary



Bhopal: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will showcase the country's air prowess in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh on 30 September.

 

 

The IAF is celebrating its 91st anniversary with band performances and an air show in Bhopal. The air show will feature around 60-70 fighter planes demonstrating their strength. The air show will take place over Upper Lake, and if weather conditions are unfavorable, it will be postponed to October 1. The event will be open to the public, with free entry at the Boat Club on VIP Road.

 

 

According to official information, on the occasion of its 91st anniversary, the Air Force will showcase its air power through its various fighter aircraft. The chief guest of the function will be Governor Mangubhai Patel.

 

 

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary will also be present in the ceremony. The program will be held at Bhoj Tal in the capital Bhopal.

 

 

This fly past will include fighter planes Sukhoi-30, Mirage 2000, Jaguar, LCA Tejas, Hawks, helicopters Chinook, MI-17, V5, Chetak and ALH, Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and many other aircraft.

 


For this function, fighter planes have been seen flying in the sky of Bhopal for the last several days and have become the center of curiosity of the people. 

 


On 28 September the IAF held the final rehearsal for the ceremony, which was enjoyed by a large number of people.
