Joe Biden Made This Suggestion So That Israel And Palestinian People Can Both Live Safely

Tel Aviv: US President Joe Biden expressed his support for a two-state solution during his visit to Tel Aviv, where he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Biden emphasized the importance of pursuing peace and stated that "nations of conscience" like the US and Israel should strive for this goal.

$100 million humanitarian aid package for Gaza

President Biden announced a $100 million humanitarian aid package for Gaza and the West Bank to support those affected by the ongoing conflict. He also made it clear that the aid would be directed towards helping the Palestinian people in need and not Hamas or other terrorist groups.

President Biden's visit and his commitment to the two-state solution were a response to the recent attacks and violence in the region.

Defining the borders of the two states is the main challenge

The two-state solution, which envisions an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel, has been proposed as a means to achieve lasting peace in the area. The main challenge in implementing this solution is defining the borders of the two states.

In response to the situation, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation expressed support for an independent Palestinian state based on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

It's important to note that the situation remains complex, with ongoing violence and humanitarian concerns, particularly in Gaza.

After President Biden's visit, there was an agreement to allow the shipment of humanitarian assistance from Egypt to Gaza, which is facing critical shortages of food, water, fuel, and essential supplies due to the conflict.
