Madhya Pradesh Cabinet expansion: CM Mohan Yadav submits list to Governor; these surprising names could find place in new cabinet


Cabinet expansion is going to take place in Madhya Pradesh today at 3.30 pm. After getting the green signal from the Delhi high command, CM Mohan Yadav has handed over the list of MLAs who will take oath to Governor Mangubhai Patel at Raj Bhavan. The swearing-in ceremony of the new cabinet is today at 3.30 pm. 


Official information about how many and which MLAs will be included in the cabinet has not been revealed. However, there are talks of many veteran leaders like Kailash Vijayvargiya, Prahlad Patel, Rameshwar Sharma and Gopal Bhargava joining Mohan cabinet.


Mohan cabinet will be shocking


In Madhya Pradesh, the names of CM and Deputy CM had surprised everyone, after which it is being speculated that surprising names will also be included in the new cabinet. According to sources, the MLAs who will be included in Mohan cabinet have been informed and they have been asked to come to Bhopal. 


There is intense discussion regarding these names


Mohan cabinet is going to be special in many ways. According to sources, some old names will be given preference in the new cabinet, while some new names will also be included. Discussions are intensifying regarding the inclusion of names like BJP General Secretary and MLA from Indore-1 Kailash Vijayvargiya, former Union Minister and Narsinghpur MLA Prahlad Singh Patel, Rahli MLA and former Minister Gopal Bhargava, Protem Speaker Rameshwar Sharma, Pradyuman Singh Tomar in the cabinet. It is believed that most of the former MPs contesting the legislative elections can be made ministers.


So many ministers will take oath today


Apart from the Chief Minister, about 32 cabinet ministers can be made in Madhya Pradesh. The first cabinet expansion is going to take place on Monday, in such a situation around 22-25 MLAs can be sworn in as ministers. According to sources, CM Yadav will keep some departments with himself, while some posts will be kept vacant, which can be filled later. 


CM Yadav met PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda before the cabinet expansion. These names have been decided after a long brainstorming session in Delhi.
