Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh High Court has given a big decision regarding reservation. If a woman from another state becomes the daughter-in-law of the state, then she will not get the benefit of reservation in government jobs. Jabalpur High Court has given this decision while hearing a petition.

While hearing the petition, Jabalpur High Court said that women from outside the state will not get the benefit of reservation in government jobs here if they get married within the borders of Madhya Pradesh state. The High Court has given this order citing an order of the Supreme Court.

Rajasthan resident had filed a petition
